Additionally, the principal members of PowerVision's management team have over 150 years of collective industry experience with a wide range of leading organizations. The management team leads by example, and sets the overall tactical and strategic direction of the company.

Nitin Uplekar, Founder
Mr. Uplekar is the founder of PowerVision Corporation, and plays an active role in all ongoing project activities to ensure delivery of robust, mission-critical software. Mr. Uplekar is responsible for strategic and tactical planning for business development as well as technical direction. His dedication to complete customer satisfaction has been key to PowerVision's success.

Shanaka Aponso
Mr. Aponso is a Manager and senior architect in PowerVision Corporation's e-Solutions division. He has extensive Java, CORBA, XML, Database, Web design and programming knowledge. Mr. Aponso focuses on the design and development of superior custom software solutions, and has been responsible for the successful delivery of several Intranet/Extranet Web Systems, and Distributed Object-based software systems. He leads the company's Advanced Web Technologies group in Delray Beach, Florida.

Eugene Bekker
Mr. Bekker is PowerVision's co-founder and Chief Architect. He has been a key member of PowerVision from its inception in 1995, and leads the company's Advanced Web Technologies group in Columbia, Maryland. Mr. Bekker has a broad and ever-increasing knowledge of Internet technologies, and has deployed many Web-based business operations systems, and custom Internet-based training solutions.

Tony Borchers
Mr. Borchers holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky. His 9 years of academic and professional experience feature large and small software projects in C/C++, Java, PERL and other languages across a variety of hardware and O/S environments. Mr. Borchers' specialty is in network applications, particularly in document workflow systems and server-side Java solutions for the Web.

Mukund Borle
Mr. Borle manages an e-Solutions division of PowerVision's Delray Beach, Florida office. His expertise of IT applications in manufacturing and business systems has made him ideally suited to direct the course of PowerVision's strategic relationship with IBM as a business partner. Mr. Borle oversees a number of software development projects: the e-Solutions group is active in client/server interfaces, Web interfaces, and Internet and intranet development.

Heather Gervais
Ms. Gervais is PowerVision's Business Development Manager in Delray Beach, Florida. Ms Gervais' technology background and extensive business experience has been key in the analysis of new and future business trends, allowing PowerVision to assist in the Web-enablement of its customers. She has been instrumental in developing PowerVision's business partnering relationships with IBM, Microsoft and Oracle. Her efforts in promoting Web technologies through hands-on project work and the development of long-term business partnerships have been essential to PowerVision's e-Business offerings.

John Maybee
Dr. Maybee is the Director of the e-Transformation Group of PowerVision Corporation. He guides the design and development processes to deliver solid instructional material including procedural documentation and job aids, classroom training, and intranet learning systems. Dr. Maybee is the father of PowerVision's vision@work^® development methodology. Internally, he leads PowerVision's efforts in refining the quality of software and instructional systems the company provides.
